I started on the treadmill, and realized that it was like, the most perfect condition for running, and I wouldn't always have a perfect condition, so I am running on a track for a bit, and then I'm planning on going on the road. It ...I'm on Week 5 too, I just did day 1 today. It wasn't that hard, but I was running for 5 minutes at a time, which I know I can do. I'm nervous about the 8 minute run, and of course, the 20 minute run! I've never done a 5k, so I'm fairly sure I can't do it!!
