  4. Great job! I too decided enough was enough. Right after Superbowl I started my trip! Wish I had known we should team up! I started February at 256. Down. Almost 30 pounds since! I'm a bit stuck but hoping that will change soon. My clothes don't fit at all I went from a 22/24 to 14 in a dress! Im psyched for you! And I'm psyched BC now I'm gonna challenge you!!! Game on sista! Lol!

  7. Hard part is counting calories but soooo important! Always remember the calories you burn have to be greater than the calories you eat...and be careful about eating after 6:00...you should never...if you need to then only snack on fruits and veggies then!

    1. Thanks Corky! I've been doing the whole weight watchers thing right now - I write down EVERYTHING and count up the points. I have a feeling as I get closer to goal weight I'm going to have to switch over to counting calories. I was having blood sugar issues since I had Susie so I had to eat something before bed to keep my sugar from going insane over night. Now it seems I've pretty much gotten rid of my problem so I'm going to start cutting out the bedtime snack. I didn't have one last night and my sugar was a little higher than before but not bad enough to even be classified as a problem. I'm going to give it another shot. The only problem I seem to have now is when I run - my sugar crashes HARD. I have to eat something right after my run (which is usually at 11 pm cause that is the only time I can get it in) so I have to eat something to counteract that. Ok - sorry for the book. LOL

    1. Thanks Shari!! Recipe swapping sounds good to me! I don't really have all that many recipes though - I try to keep it pretty simple. THe more complex - the harder to count the points = the less likely I am to actually count them! HA!
