I am SO SICK...

I can't stand it.  My body aches all over, my stomach is NOT  my friend today.  I think I am going to sleep on the bathroom floor.  Needless to say, I will NOT be going to the gym today.  I really hope this blows over by tomorrow.  I hate feeling this way.  Worst of all, my baby has a slight fever.  :-/  It's times like this I REALLY wish I had family around.

  1. I'm so sorry you're so sick. One time last year my dh was out of town and I spent the night throwing up in the bathroom....MISERABLE!

Take care of yourself! With how awful you're doing I'm super impressed with yesterdays achievement! Rest up!

  3. I just read your entire blog, and loved every minute of it. I should be in bed but I got caught up here. I so look forward to reading about the rest of your weight loss journey. You rock!

I'm walking my first race this weekend with my sister. She's not a runner, so I agreed to walk with her. Even though I am not running I am still really excited/nervous about it. :-)

    1. Thanks!! :-) You just made my day! Good luck in your race!! I think even seasoned runners still get nervous before a race! I know what you mean though - I was SO nervous before Sunday! As soon as they blew the air horn I just felt focused though! Good luck! You'll have to tell me how you do!! Thank you so much for reading my blog! For some reason it really helps spur me on to know that people are actually reading it! :-)

  4. Just as Cathy did, I finsihed reading thru your blog a few minutes ago. Great job getting started, and I'm super excited to follow your progress as well!! It's tough sometimes just putting one foot in the front of the other and getting started, but you're doing amazing so far. I never thought I would be a runner either, but I'm now training for my first half marathon in May and a full within the next year. I'm rooting for you, girlie!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

    2. Hi Monica! I survived my first half marathon! I ran it this past Sunday in Madison, WI. It was a HOT morning, the full actually got cancelled because of the heat! I had no time goal, just the goal to finish, but I finished in 2 hours and 25 minutes!
